Official sponsors, premium international beer Heineken, recently launched the "Heineken Champions Planet" in Nairobi following the successful Uefa Champions League Trophy Tour 2012 that took place from March 23 to March 31.

The Champions Planet is a house designed to provide a premium viewing experience for lucky consumers and football fans selected from the Heineken facebook page that currently has 3,000 Kenyan fans and radio promotions.

The official launch of the viewing venue saw it host 12 lucky consumers and media.

Accommodate 50 people

The Heineken Champions Planet is an upscale mansion that can comfortably accommodate 50 people and is located in Nairobi’s Riverside Drive.

It has undergone a makeover to include a wide living room, fitted with numerous screens.

In addition to a main viewing room, the Heineken Champions Planet comprises of gaming rooms with a Play Station Three deck, football tables, a pool table and a well equipped media center.

The house will be active this week through to Saturday’s Champions League final between Chelsea and Bayern Munich.
